The Enrollment Specialist is the primary support and assistance position for our Field Program Representatives (FPRs) and AgOutcomes/the Soil and Water Outcomes Fund as a whole. The Enrollment Specialist works to assist in farmer enrollment and field work for the Soil & Water Outcomes Fund. This position will aid FPR’s in enrollment, provide quality control of incoming farmer data and in field compliance checks during peak seasons. Additionally, this position provides conservation and agronomic advice to enrolled farmers and maintains excellent customer relationships with farmers.
