The Soil and Water Outcomes Fund is seeking motivated, self-starting individuals to join our team and work on expanding our reach to more farmers. We work with farmers to implement conservation practices on farms that produce environmental outcomes like greenhouse gas and water quality improvements.

Field Operations Specialist

The Field Operations Specialist position provides critical services to the Soil and Water Outcomes Fund team. This position works with staff and farmers on Soil and Water Outcomes Fund enrollment, provides quality control of incoming farmer data and conducts field compliance checks during peak seasons. Additionally, this position provides conservation and agronomic advice to enrolled farmers and maintains excellent customer relationships with farmers. Apply here.
