Adam Kiel
Adam Kiel serves as Executive Vice President of AgOutcomes and Co-Managing Director of the Soil and Water Outcomes Fund (SWOF), a nationally recognized ecosystem services program that helps farmers implement conservation practices while creating measurable environmental outcomes for public and private partners. Under his leadership, SWOF has grown to reach more than one million acres each year across 20+ states, becoming one of the largest outcomes-based conservation programs in the United States.
With more than 20 years of experience in conservation, agriculture, and sustainability, Adam has helped build innovative programs that bridge the needs of farmers, agribusinesses, food companies, and environmental organizations. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Conservation for the Iowa Soybean Association and previously held positions with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the National Park Service.
Adam grew up on a family farm near Decorah, Iowa, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for agriculture and natural resource stewardship. Today, he and his family continue to own and manage the farm, maintaining a strong focus on conservation.
Dan Yeoman
Dan brings years of experience helping public and private sector organizations design and implement durable operating models and strategic growth plans. Since 2021, Dan has co-managed the Soil and Water Outcomes Fund and led ReHarvest Partners, a founding partner in SWOF with AgOutcomes. In this role, Dan leads financial planning, new customer relationships, outcome customer contracting, and SWOF’s capital strategy. Dan helped to develop the SWOF business model in 2020 and led ReHarvest’s capital raise to fund farmer payments and program operations. During this time Dan also served as the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at Quantified Ventures, the parent company of ReHarvest.
Prior to ReHarvest and Quantified Ventures, Dan was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s Insurance and Asset and Wealth Management practice groups where he led consulting engagements focused on sales and marketing, product development, and new market entry for financial services companies. Dan began his career in corporate finance with General Electric and Genworth Financial. Dan has an MBA from Duke University and a BA from Wesleyan University and resides in Washington, DC with his wife Beth and four kids.
